In the beginning, there was pasta the color of the sun and “golden straw,” then came the green of “hay.”
But in a world full of creativity and passionate pasta makers, pasta has taken on every color and flavour imaginable!
The astonishing result hides a process that is long, meticulous, and just as exciting.
All ingredients are natural and come straight from the garden or the local greengrocer, depending on the season.
The pasta shapes are inspired by imagination, while always remaining deeply rooted in the Emilian tradition.
